What is bullying and what is not

Bullying is a repeated threat or an action that some does to you every day or they do alot and you tell them to stop and they dont. An Example: Hey Joe you smell like an old baloney jellyfish (Again and Again)

What Bully is not: Bullying is not when a close friend teases you unintentionally out of nowhere you both have a laugh that is just for fun. Another example: I think you need a life, just kidding dude you okay.

Tips for not actually offending anyone:

For what bullying is not we said stuff that if you do not follow these rules you might offend someone. 1. only do It to very very close friends of very close family members who are fine with it. 2. Do not go to some random person and roast them like that! You don't know if that person will accept that for what you mean.
